Volo Review – SCAM ALERT. Affiliates NOT Being Paid

Welcome To my Volo Review.  UPDATE SCAM ALERT – Click Here For Details

I guess it had to happen! In fact I am surprised it took this long for somebody to combine MLM with sprituality. It seems like a very good fit if I am honest.

May be you love self help courses and spirituality. Maybe you don’t care about that stuff and just want to find a legitimate way to make money online.  Either way I think you will find this Volo review to be helpful and comprehensive. By the way, I do not promote Volo.

Volo Review – Summary

Product Name: Volo

Key Figures:  Sean and Samantha Spector.

Product Type: Spirituality MLM, Self Help MLM.

Price: Course prices are from $36 to $150.  Affiliates pay an extra $11 per month. Customers have the option of paying $6 per month to get 20% discount on everything, which is the same discount affiliates get.

Summary: From what I could see Volo only have one course ready for purchase, Soul Warrior Cleanse. They really don’t seem ready for pre-launch as all of the affiliate pages are showing 404 errors. This means that currently not much revenue is coming in.

Pricing is cheap and affiliates will need A LOT of signups in order to make a significant income.

Already reports of affiliates not being paid for referrals. Stay Away!

Rating: F (Scam Alert)

Verdict: The concept of a self help/spiritual MLM is great. It’s unique and stands out. However the course are dirt cheap and you will make double or triple the income promoting something else. It’s a no from me.

What I Like About Volo

The Volo Concept Is Unique

Generally speaking, the concept is good, people love self help and spirituality stuff. Combining this niche with a MLM structure give Volo market differentiation. They stand out and that’s good.

Volo is affordable.

The course are extremely cheap as are the affiliate costs. Course prices are from $36 to $150.

Customers have the option of pay $6 per month to receive 20% discounts on courses.

Affiliates are called Coaches. Their are two ways to become a coach:

  1. Buy a course and pay $69 extra. You will get 20% of each and every course purchased. You must pay a monthly Business Service fee of $11 per month.
  2. Buy a Founders pack for $777, which includes: Enrollment fee, all courses for a year, Business Service fee for a year and a VIP ticket to the

Generally speaking, the concept is good, the courses seem too cheap. Initially, you may think this is great, however I will tell you in the next section, why I disgree.

What I dislike about Volo

The Problem With Cheap Courses

Everything about Volo is cheap. I mean $36 courses that top out at $150 for the premium offerring? Affiliate fees of $11 per month? Cmon!,  Seriously?

Initially, you may these cheap prices are great, however I will tell you why I disgree.

Cheap courses subconsciously cause us to see them as having less value. I am more likely to buy a $500 course than a $36 course as long as the company can build the value in the presentation. It is very hard to build value in a $36 course.

The other problem is that less money going in, means less money getting paid to affiliates. When I promote something, I put 100% of effort in. There needs to be a big financial pay off, otherwise I am not going to bother.

It is going to be very difficult to make significant life changing income with Volo.

When you start a MLM you want to have as many influencers on board as possible. Influencers are people with big followings. They can be other network marketers or they can be coaches or other types of public figures. I don’t see any signifacnt influencers on board. They are going to have to grind it out for quite a while!

I checked several affiliate pages and they all displayed a 404 error. I don’t know how long they have been like this, but it really shouldn’t be happening. I am betting they don’t have enough money to hire a CTO (Chief Technical Officer) to oversee all this. Either way there is currently zero dollars coming in from these affiliate links. This makes me nervous. I hope they make it!

The Real Deal With Volo

UPDATE : SCAM ALERT

A Good Idea, Poorly Executed.

I mean it, Volo is a great idea. I just don’t see this company going anywhere.

Pricing is too cheap, which reduces the perception of value.

They will have trouble attracting good affiliates due to the cheap pricing and thus low commissions.

They seem like they are flying by the seat of their pants. Only one course is ready and the payment pages were broken when I checked.

Honestly I don’t see Volo making it to the 3 year mark without collapsing.

Intentions are good, so if you love spirituality and want to make some pocket change, give it a go.

Verdict

No thanks! I have given it a rating of F and now calling it a scam.

How I Make A Living

I have developed a strategy using a legitimate affiliate program that allows me to hangout at home with the kids all day.
